Enrolling is easy and once you’ve selected Ohio Animal Foundation as your beneficiary we’ll receive a donation every time you use your Kroger Plus card! To enroll, simply visit their website, select your location and register your Kroger Plus card. When prompted to “find your organization” search for Ohio Animal Foundation, or simply enter our nonprofit ID: ND087.
